Our approach

Jessamy Labs products, including Reserved Rides, are designed for keyboard and touch operation, visible focus, labelled form controls, announced errors, readable contrast, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and reduced-motion preferences.

Requesting assistance

You may include accessibility needs with a trip request. Those notes are optional and are shared only with people who need them to serve the ride.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a barrier on this website, contact the operator through the contact page with the page and what happened. Barrier reports are reviewed and fixed as part of operating the product.
