The service

Reserved Rides is a pre-booked private transportation service. Customers use this website to request rides, receive fare estimates, and arrange reservation details with an independent local driver. We provide transportation services, not physical products or subscriptions.

Estimates and confirmation

A fare estimate is not a confirmed reservation and creates no obligation. A reservation is confirmed only through the designated confirmation process, never solely from a browser redirect or an estimate alone.

Payments

When online payments are active, payments are processed by our payment provider, and payment card details are never stored on this website. While online payments are not active, no charges are made through this website.

Trip changes

Tolls, waiting, stops, route changes, and schedule changes may affect the final fare under operator-approved policies.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows, refund rules, and no-show terms are described on the refund and cancellation policy page and must be confirmed by the operator before production use.
